Elevator emergency plan

source : SiChuangkejitime : 2023-09-22

Nowadays, most elevators are installed to ensure elevator safety. Although it can reduce the occurrence of elevator failures, it cannot be completely avoided. Therefore, emergency rescue for elevators is still very necessary. The following is an elevator emergency plan, hoping to be helpful to everyone.

(1) When the elevator malfunctions, the service center first notifies the engineering department head and maintenance personnel. The engineering department maintenance personnel or rescue personnel can try to release the trapped passengers first according to different situations.

(2) Rescue procedures for elevator trapped people:

1. Rescue personnel can contact trapped passengers through walkie talkies or phone calls. Passengers must remain calm and patiently wait for rescue. Trapped passengers must not extend any part of their body outside the cabin. If the car door is in a semi open and closed state, rescue personnel should try to fully close the car door to prevent accidents.

2. Accurately determine the position of the lift car and prepare for rescue. The position of the car should be determined based on the floor indicator light, PC display, floor selector crossbar, or opening the door, and then efforts should be made to rescue passengers.

(3) Rescue steps:

1. Rescue steps when the car is parked near the elevator entrance:

① Turn off the power switch in the computer room;

② Use a specialized key to open the outer door;

③ Slowly open the car door manually on the top of the car;

④ Assist passengers to leave the cabin;

⑤ Close the trunk door again.

2. Rescue steps when the lift car is away from the elevator entrance:

① Enter the computer room and turn off the power switch at the faulty location;

② Remove the end cover of the motor tail shaft and press the upper handle seat and handle;

③ The rescue personnel held onto the rotating handle with force, while another rescue personnel held the brake release lever and gently pried open the brake. Pay attention to the flat sign and gradually move the car as close as possible to the car door (0.5M);

④ When it is confirmed that the braking is correct, release the turning handwheel and rescue according to the methods listed in Section(3)and 1.

3. When encountering other complex situations, the elevator company should be asked for assistance in rescue.

4. At the end of the rescue, the elevator management personnel must fill out the rescue record and archive it to accumulate rescue experience.

(4) Emergency response to abnormal situations:

If an abnormal situation occurs in the elevator, passengers must remain calm and maintain a clear mind in order to seek a safer solution.

1. Measures for handling fires:

① When a fire occurs on a floor, relevant personnel should immediately try to press the "fire switch" to put the elevator into fire operation mode; After the elevator reaches the base station, guide passengers to quickly leave the car and notify the engineering department by phone. At the same time, call 119 and the central control room.

② When extinguishing a fire in a shaft or car, immediately stop the elevator and guide passengers to leave. After cutting off the power, use a dry powder fire extinguisher or 1211 fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire; And notify the engineering department by phone; Simultaneously call 119 to report to the police, in order to ensure the safety of personnel and property.

2. Measures for handling elevators when they are submerged in water:

① When the tunnel is flooded, the elevator should be stopped at or above the second floor;

② When a floor is flooded, the elevator should be stopped on the upper floor of the flooded area, then the main power switch should be disconnected and personnel should be immediately organized to block the water source. After the water source is blocked, dehumidification treatment should be carried out, such as hot air drying;

③ Finally, use a megger to test the insulation resistance. Once the standard is met, the ladder can be tested. After the test ladder is normal, it can only be put into normal use.
