Add the software folder with data on the original computer as a compressed file and copy it to the new computer together with the card writer driver. The new computer needs to install the card writer driver again. After the installation is successful, decompress the software folder, open it to confirm that the data is complete, and delete the software folder and compressed file on the original computer.
